LA Roofing's SUCCESS STORY

Luis began his career over 14 years ago in construction. He went from laborer, to subcontractor, to an employee at several big-name companies. During his experience as a subcontractor, he believed he could do better for the homeowners and the workers and he saw this as an opportunity to start his own company. Shortly thereafter, LA Roofing became a real business where employees are constantly striving to bring the best customer service to their clients by using premium products at an affordable price.

Through the years leading up to 2020, Collette helped with office needs such as invoices, receipts, and some bookkeeping, operating from the home office. Then, in 2020, Collette took over all office-related matters while Luis handled everything out in the field. With the office help Collette provided, the company was more prepared for what was to come.

LA Roofing's culture of loyalty, dedication, and perseverance to the clients sent the growth of the company sky high, going from 16 completed jobs in 2018 to 66 completed jobs in 2019. LA Roofing grew even more the year after, completing 228 jobs in 2020. We are proud to have continued to grow exponentially since then.

Today, Collette and Luis work hard to keep the overall vision and culture for the company in place; being respectful and responsive, delivering what we promise every time, and standing behind our workers and their workmanship. Dedication to this culture has resulted in over 200 five-star Google reviews which helps clients find and deem us trustworthy. This has continued to help LA Roofing grow.

In March 2021, LA Roofing hired their first sales representative and was finally able to move from their home office to their location in Middletown. With the added jobs and leads coming in, LA Roofing also hired an office assistant who works reception. LA Roofing may have gone through tough times, but with all of the effort and hard work from present and past employees, LA Roofing was able to finish off 2021 with 350 completed jobs and is looking forward to many more years of success with the team!
