LA Roofing LLC is a quickly growing roofing company who are seeking a receptionist to join our exceptional team of individuals! This important and integral position helps drive company success through customer interactions and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Draft correspondences and other formal documents via: email, typing or written communication
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Answer inbound telephone calls
Answer inbound emails
Make outbound telephone calls to prospective clients
Take Messages for Managers and Team Members
Rout Phone Calls to Appropriate Department or Team Member
Deliver Excellent Customer Service
Be Friendly While on the Phone and Courteous Through Email
Be Interpersonal, Demonstarting the Ability to Communicate Effectively with Company Team Members as Well as the Extensive Client Demographics that LA Roofing has.
Maintain a Positive Attitude That Helps to Promotes Company Values
Demonstrate Reliability in Work and Customer Relations
Have Knowledge of Microsoft Office Platforms such as:
Excel
Word
Have Knowledge of Google Platforms such as:
Google Analytics
Google Docs
Google Sheets
Google Calendar
Demonstrate the ability to learn the company’s CRM and procedures
Offer Administrative Support as Needed
Create & Send Billing Invoices
Complete and Maintain Data Entry When Needed
Deliver Mail When Needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in receptionist or other related fields
